What this page needs to say
This page must state: what a prepaid item entitles the buyer to; that it is redeemed in person at a named location and never shipped; whether it expires and whether it is transferable; the refund route if the buyer changes their mind before redemption; the refund route if a provider declines to administer it; no-show and rescheduling rules; and a contact. Every word can be drafted here — the client and counsel only need to decide the answers. No payment processor should be connected until this page exists.
Drafting legal copy is not something a website build should invent. The wording here
needs a licensed Florida healthcare attorney, working from answers only the clinic can
