Optimal Wellness is a different kind of shop. No hospital fluorescents, no six-week waitlists — just a calm, welcoming room where customized vitamin and infusion therapies are mixed for how you feel today.
Walk into our Wesley Chapel lounge at The Shops at Wiregrass, or book the Tampa studio. Either way you leave the same: hydrated, dosed, and running on a full tank.
The Head Spa
The Zen Scalp Ritual is our Japanese head spa — a restorative scalp treatment under a slim brass halo arc that rinses your scalp with dozens of fine warm jets, wrapped in LED glow and rising steam.
Scalp analysis, deep cleanse, pressure-point massage. A deep cleansing treatment most people find genuinely relaxing — hair that feels brand new is the souvenir. The Zen Scalp Ritual starts at $120 at our Wesley Chapel location.

Every session is built around the halo rinse — then you layer in the ritual enhancements that sound best today. Combine as many as you like; the finish is always the same: total quiet, brand-new hair, a nervous system running at idle.
Medical weight loss
Provider-guided programs built around once-weekly GLP-1 injections — semaglutide from $250 a month, tirzepatide and retatrutide $400 — with labs first, real nutritional guidance, and body-composition tracking to prove it's working.
We start with a conversation and a Weight Loss Panel — bloodwork and body-composition analysis so the plan fits your metabolism, not a template.
Semaglutide, Tirzepatide or Retatrutide — matched to your goals and history by the provider. Appetite down, cravings quiet, blood sugar steadier.
One quick injection a week — in the lounge or take-home — plus nutrition guidance, optional lipotropic boosters, and progress tracking that keeps you honest.
These are compounded preparations. They are not FDA-approved to prevent, treat or cure any condition. Individual results vary and no result is guaranteed. Nothing on this site is medical advice.
Programmes are for adults with a BMI of 30 or higher, or 27 or higher with a weight-related condition, confirmed by a provider at your consult.
GLP-1
Acts on the GLP-1 pathway to reduce appetite. Results vary and are not guaranteed.
$250/month
GLP-1 + GIP · dual-action
Acts on two pathways, GLP-1 and GIP. Results vary and are not guaranteed.
$400/month
Triple-action · investigational
Acts on GLP-1, GIP and glucagon pathways. Investigational — it holds no FDA approval for any condition and remains in clinical trials.
$400/month
Medication is one part. Food, movement and follow-up are the rest. Provider-supervised from the first consult

The favorites from behind the glass, dispensed to go — pick them up at either location, or start with a consult for the prescription options.
Buy ahead, redeem in person. Pay online, walk into either location and we draw it up — nothing ships. Prescription items start with a consult instead of a cart.
Hassle-free draws at both locations — results reviewed with you.
An advanced at-home blood-collection system — clinical-grade results without the lab visit. Collect on your couch, ship, review together.
Peptide therapy
Peptides are the body's messengers — directing how cells repair, regenerate and communicate. Production drops with age. Peptide therapy aims to support that signalling; the human evidence in healthy adults is limited, and these are compounded, non-FDA-approved preparations.
A short consult with a licensed provider. No purchase required. Labs and any medication are billed separately.
THE PATIENT AND ANY OTHER PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYMENT HAS A RIGHT TO REFUSE TO PAY, CANCEL PAYMENT, OR BE REIMBURSED FOR PAYMENT FOR ANY OTHER SERVICE, EXAMINATION, OR TREATMENT THAT IS PERFORMED AS A RESULT OF AND WITHIN 72 HOURS OF RESPONDING TO THE ADVERTISEMENT FOR THE FREE, DISCOUNTED FEE, OR REDUCED FEE SERVICE, EXAMINATION, OR TREATMENT.
Twenty-four items across the six shelves above — every vitamin injection, peptide, weight-loss programme and lab kit. Gift cards are available in any amount at both locations.

Good questions
IV drips run $60 to $300. Straight hydration is $60–$100, the Myers Cocktail is $130, Gym Hero is $150, Ultimate Glow is $180, and Hangover Cure, Migraine Relief, Stomach Flu and Ultimate Immunity are $200 each. Our flagship Optimal Wellness drip is $300. A standard bag is 1000 mL and takes about 45 minutes — long enough to answer your email, short enough that the parking meter doesn't notice.
Not in Wesley Chapel. Our lounge at The Shops at Wiregrass takes walk-ins any hour we're open — Monday to Thursday 10am–8pm, Friday and Saturday 10am–9pm, Sunday 11am–6pm. The Tampa studio at 5027 West Laurel St is by appointment only; call or text (813) 501-8341 and the chair is yours. Wiregrass is the one you can decide on from the food court.
A Japanese head spa is a scalp-focused treatment that combines a scalp analysis, a deep cleanse, a warm circular water rinse and a pressure-point scalp massage — the goal is circulation and calm, not a haircut. Ours is called the Zen Scalp Ritual, and it adds LED light therapy, steam and aromatherapy under a slim brass halo arc that rinses your scalp with dozens of fine warm jets. It starts at $120 and is offered at our Wesley Chapel location. People come in for their hair and leave talking about their nervous system.
Semaglutide is $250 per month at Optimal Wellness. Tirzepatide and Retatrutide are $400 per month. That price includes provider supervision start to finish, body-composition analysis, nutritional guidance and meal planning, and hormone-balance support — there's no separate program fee stacked on top. Every program starts with a consult and a Weight Loss Panel, because the plan should fit your metabolism and not a template.
Semaglutide acts on the GLP-1 pathway and is the most studied of the three. Tirzepatide acts on two pathways, GLP-1 and GIP. Retatrutide acts on three, but it is investigational — it holds no FDA approval for any condition and remains in clinical trials. Results vary and are not guaranteed. Your provider matches you to one after your labs come back. It isn't a menu you order from.
An IV drip is 1000 mL delivered over about 45 minutes in a recliner, and it rehydrates you alongside the vitamins. A quick shot is intramuscular — five minutes, no line, no chair time — and runs $65 to $140. Single vitamin injections start at $20. Drips for the long haul, shots for the fast lane.
Vitamin injections are priced in three tiers: $20 for Tier 1 (B12, B-Complex, vitamin C, vitamin D3, zinc, magnesium), $30 for Tier 2 (high-dose D3, biotin, amino blends, mineral blend, folic acid, CoQ10), and $50 for Tier 3 (glutathione, alpha-lipoic acid, NAD+, Fat Burner Supreme, NAC). Signature combos run $40 to $100. Packs bring the per-shot price down — B12 four-pack $70, glutathione four-pack $180, NAD+ twelve-pack $420.
We accept CareCredit financing at both locations, and gift cards are available in-store for any amount. Prices on our menu are what you pay — the drip that says $130 costs $130.
