This policy cannot be finalised until one question is answered: whether Optimal Wellness is a HIPAA covered entity. That turns on whether the clinic — or anyone acting for it, including its reference laboratory — ever transmits a HIPAA standard transaction electronically. The answer changes what this page must say, and it is a question for counsel, not for a web build.
